If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Despatch at the checkout and we will prioritise and despatch it the same day* for you. There is a charge of £4.50 for our priority despatch service.
Subject* to courier demand, your order will arrive the next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 Courier provided you ordered before 2pm the day before. Priority Despatch orders placed after 2pm will leave our warehouse the following working day*. Please note, if you place your order between 2pm Friday - Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday*.

Yes, FREE standard delivery covers all of the UK including the Highlands, Northern Ireland and PA Postcodes

Do you delivery to BFPO addresses?
Yes, the formats allowed are “BFPO NNN” where NNN is 1-3 numeric digits.
How do I place an international order with a value of £200 or more
For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost. Please note We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
Will I need to pay additional duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to additional charges covering local taxation on delivery. Recipients of orders sent to destinations both within and outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods. All orders are automatically charged UK VAT at 20% of the order value. Customers can lodge a claim to have this refunded by contacting the Green People Customer Care team.
